By uploading the image(s) to Branded Bills LLC’s website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Branded Bills LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, legal representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and professionals’ fees and litigation costs) that arise out of: (a) Branded Bills LLC’s use of the image(s), (b) the license granted by you to Branded Bills LLC herein, or (c) any breach of your representations and warranties contained herein.
