$20/month includes one unreleased hat exclusive to the Hat Club subscribers per month.
3 months is the minimum charge per subscription.
After the 3 month charge minimum has been met you may cancel at any time.
We offer 4 hat styles to choose from which will be your assigned hat style for every month unless you change it in your customer portal:
Classic Snapback, Flat Bill Trucker, Curved Bill Trucker and our FlexFit in S/M or L/XL
Each monthly hat shipment will be sent with a shipping notification to the original address provided each month on the original date of purchase.
For example: If you purchased on February 2nd. Each month on the 2nd your hat will cycle.
You will be charged monthly on the date originally ordered.
You may cancel at any time after the 3 month charge minimum subscription period.

You will receive a USPS tracking number when your hat of the month has started the order process.
All hats are made to order and are put in order of which they were received.
Once your hat is completed it is packed up and shipped out to you.
You will see movement with your provided tracking number.
This process sometimes takes a few days due but is all based on volume of orders before yours.
You can manage some requests through the customer portal.
You are asked to complete an account login once you have purchased your subscription.
This will grant you access to manage your subscription.

Please note that any request needs to be submitted 5 days prior to cycle date.
If a request is done less than 5 days from cycle date the change will go in effect the next month.
There is a 3-month charge minimum for all hat club subscriptions so your account will be eligible for cancellation after your 3rd month hat cycles.

If you would like to gift the subscription to someone, please provide their address in the shipping details.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for members due to the uniqueness of the product and inability to customize.
